Every year, The LifeSkills Center for Leadership (LSCL), a nonprofit organization, provides personal and professional growth opportunities to hundreds of young adults across America, and provides them the resources needed to contribute to and be successful in their worlds. 

The LifeSkills Center for Business Leadership provides services and resources to LSCL in order to help prepare young leaders to be solution-oriented, purpose-driven, and true to themselves. 

The mission of The LifeSkills Center for Leadership is:
To create, support and provide leadership and life-skills development opportunities to young adults in order to educate those individuals on the importance of lifelong learning, community responsibility, professional readiness, and value-based choices.

The vision of The LifeSkills Center for Leadership is:
To provide the world’s best leadership development and life-skills opportunities for young adults to better prepare them for personal and professional success and community contribution.

The foundational values of The LifeSkills Center for Leadership are:

Character:  Living the qualities of a role model of success, fulfillment, and influence.

Ownership:  Awareness in and taking action towards responsibility and accountability of results.

Growth:  Moving forward in personal and professional development, lifelong learning and knowledge.

Service:  Using resources to contribute to the benefit of oneself, others, and one’s communities.
