"I initially thought that as we face challenges, we would start to revert back to who we were before this

training. While some of the energy wears down from time to time, the change is real! It is fascinating and

still amazes me to see the change in people and know that this in not a façade bur the real person inside."

- James Plentka, President, Iconica -

Congratulations!  As a graduate of The LifeSkills Center for Business Leadership, you are member of an elite group of individuals.  A group that has pushed themselves and their team to give more to their passions and plans, held true to their commitments no matter how daunting, and challenged each other to reach higher and dig deeper in the pursuit of their goals.

You have taken on the challenge.  You have earned completion.

You know that your RESULTS are dependent not only on your EXECUTION, but your ENERGY as well.  You know that your habits are the determinining factor of your long-term success.  And, you know that personal and professional growth isn't a onetime thing - it's an all-the-time thing.

We couldn't agree more.  Here you will find tools and resources to continue your growth.  Whether it's checking out one of the books from our recommended reading list, engaging in one of our video blogs, reading our e-newsletter, volunteering for support crew, or registering for another course, Graduate Central has you covered.

Volunteer for Support Crew

Support Crew is truly a valuable and inspiring experience.  To be a part of a training and watch and feel and see the inner aspects and the behind the scenes of a training carries with it great responsibility, but also great reward.  Over the course of two days, Support Crew members have the opportunity to hear, learn and grow in a more introspective way that is both powerful and re-energizing, all the while being a critical component to the success of not only the training, but the trainer as well.  If you are at all interested in knowing more about Support Crew opportunities or if you have questions, contact James Anderson, Vice-President of Training, at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .
